Which will result in faster weight loss… exercising 4 hours a day, or exercising moderately while eating an alkalizing diet? Most people will probably choose the former, since it’s always been taught that exercise automatically equals weight loss. However, science says otherwise, especially when you start learning about the importance of a healthy ph level.

Sound crazy? Well, once you understand the whole alkalizing process, it actually makes sense. Why? It all points to how the body eliminates acidic byproducts that build up in the blood. If it is fed healthy food, it will receive alkaline minerals that will excrete these products on their own. If it doesn’t receive healthy food, alkalizing never occurs, which means the byproducts stay in the body. When this happens, they contribute to weight gain by making fat cells harder to lose.

Where does exercise come into play? Well, if the body is over-exercised, the muscles produce lactic acid. If the body cannot eliminate the acid through alkalizing, the byproduct remains. And when this happens, the fat stays around, despite the increased activity.

Alkaline food contains a large amount of alkaloid compounds which destroy acidic byproducts left in the body. Natural sources of alkaline food include green vegetables, fish and citrus fruits.

Spinach is also an alkaline food but it has to be consumed raw. If cooked, spinach can turn into an acid forming food. Apples, melons, mangoes and bananas are also alkaline foods. Both fruits and vegetables are great alkaline foods to add to your diet. With any fruit or vegetable proper cleaning should always be done before eating to remove any dirt or chemicals.

There are other alkaline foods other then fruits and vegetables that are good for your health. Olive oil is a good alkaline food that should be used for cooking your food. Stay away from using butter and vegetable oil as they are both considered to be acidic foods. If you insist on using butter, use avocado butter as it is an alkaline food. Almonds are alkaline foods and can boost your energy so add some to your diet each day. Honey is good for healing and is also an alkaline food. Garlic is an alkaline food and is good to add to your food when cooking.

One thing that we do not want to hear is that coffee and tea should be avoided. However, they are both considered to be acidic foods. If you need a drink of this kind, try drinking a coffee substitute or herbal teas. Soda and drinks made of alcohol are also acidic foods and should be avoided. If you eat many processed foods, you should stop doing that with most processed foods being acidic in nature. This type of food is also bad for your body. Eating fresh foods is your best option to stay healthy. Drinking water is one of the best things you can do. Alkalizing water is very good for your body. If you drink about eight glasses a day it can help to maintain the pH balance to protect your body from getting certain diseases.

Our body is mostly made up of water. Therefore, it is important that we drink a certain amount of water each day to keep the body functioning properly. Therefore, it is well worth the time to drink the amount of water daily that our body needs. Water can be important in the way the body functions and can also help to save lives.

Water can also do other important things for our body such as helping our digestive system clear out waste. This is one of the reasons that it is beneficial in helping to reduce the chances of colon cancer. Drinking alkaline water can help you to lose weight with absorbing more nutrients with your food. What is the most common reason why people gain weight? If you’re like most Americans, you might believe it’s because a person lacks willpower and just eats all day. Well, according to many doctors, what causes obesity is not self-control, but rather a low ph level. When the ph level is adjusted, the body is able to excrete the chemical byproducts responsible for holding onto fat. This process is known as alkalizing.

It is a land so enchanting, it’s hard to believe it’s real. It is a land where both men and women live to be 120. It is a land where there are absolutely no ailments or disease. It is a land where all of the residents have achieved perfect health. It is the Hunza.

Located in the mountains of Pakistan, the country of Hunza can almost be considered a heaven on earth. But to its residents, nothing seems unusual. They just go about their business working the land… even if they are over 100 years old!

For years scientists have wondered what made the Hunza people so different from everyone else. But aside from increased physical activity, the Hunza don’t really do anything differently from Americans. Even their diet contains foods that people in the U.S. are familiar with.

So, if this is the case, why are the Hunza so healthy? The answer can be summed up in two words: alkaline water. Since the Hunza are located in the mountains, all their water contains the highest concentration of oxygen possible. In addition, the water possess alkaline compounds, which are essential for maintaining good health.
