What is the most common reason why people gain weight? If you’re like most Americans, you might believe it’s because a person lacks willpower and just eats all day. Well, according to many doctors, what causes obesity is not self-control, but rather a low ph level. When the ph level is adjusted, the body is able to excrete the chemical byproducts responsible for holding onto fat. This process is known as alkalizing.

To get the body in an alkalizing mode, a person must eat the right type of foods. Green vegetables are especially good, because they contain the alkaloids the body needs to maintain a healthier ph level. Omega 3 fats, derived from fish and some plants, can also jumpstart the alkalizing process.

On the other end of the spectrum, there are foods that negatively interfere with alkalizing. Beef, chicken and dairy products are a few examples. Surprisingly, so are mushrooms. Despite the fact that they are high in zinc and germanium, mushrooms by nature have toxins that produce too many acids in the body. As a result, the ph level gets thrown off… just like it would if a person ate less ‘healthier’ foods.

Sodas are also horrible for the alkalizing process. It doesn’t matter if they are regular or diet. As long as they have carbonation, they make the alkalizing process more challenging. That’s why vegetable juice should be consumed when one has an urge to drink something other than water.

Why vegetable juice over fruit juice? Well, if you want the best alkalizing results, vegetables usually contain more alkaline compounds than fruit. But this is not to say that fruit juice should be eliminated, especially if someone is in the mood for something sweet. They should just make sure that they consume juices containing citrus fruit, such as lemonade. Again, it’s not as good as vegetable juice, but it does contain some alkalizing ability.

In conclusion, if you want to lose weight, focus on consuming a more alkaline diet. If you do this, it’s possible you’ll be able to lose 30 pounds a month without starving yourself or exercising 8 hours a day.

It is a land so enchanting, it’s hard to believe it’s real. It is a land where both men and women live to be 120. It is a land where there are absolutely no ailments or disease. It is a land where all of the residents have achieved perfect health. It is the Hunza.

Located in the mountains of Pakistan, the country of Hunza can almost be considered a heaven on earth. But to its residents, nothing seems unusual. They just go about their business working the land… even if they are over 100 years old!

For years scientists have wondered what made the Hunza people so different from everyone else. But aside from increased physical activity, the Hunza don’t really do anything differently from Americans. Even their diet contains foods that people in the U.S. are familiar with.

So, if this is the case, why are the Hunza so healthy? The answer can be summed up in two words: alkaline water. Since the Hunza are located in the mountains, all their water contains the highest concentration of oxygen possible. In addition, the water possess alkaline compounds, which are essential for maintaining good health.

In America and other Western countries, alkaline water does not come naturally. Even popular brands of bottle water may not contain the right amount of alkaline minerals. That’s why many people are opting to get their own alkaline water through ph drops.

How do ph drops create alkaline water? Basically, they add alkaline compounds that raise the water’s ph level. As a result, the person drinking the water increases their own ph level. When this happens, the body is in a better position to lose weight and fight off bacteria.

Of course, if you start drinking alkaline water later in life, you probably won’t live to be 120. But there’s a greater possibility of reaching your 90s, which is still extraordinary in Western culture.
